Follow-up with Hub for Priority/Allocation. Arrange shipping documents and greenlight for dispatch by Coordination with Region and Hubs
Coordinate with LSPs for Pickup & tack the Shipment till it gets landed to country.
Follow-up with Regions to Track the shipment during Customs clearance & coordinate the delivery to end customer.
Close monitoring of last mile delivery to customer and coordinate for PODs
